Our Private Bankers and Product Specialists act as trusted advisors to many of the world’s most successful Law Firms, partners and attorneys. They also serve as a gateway to the greater Citi organization. LFG has offices in 14 locations in the United States as well as in London. We are looking to expand our footprint further globally.. Our comprehensive services are tailored to the legal industry and their lawyers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading the Law Firm Group business across all its offices and driving the execution against our strategy, goals and objectives within a strong control environment
• Partner across the broader firm and Citi Global Wealth’s regional and product heads to deliver responsible revenue growth, profitability and momentum for the group.
• Oversee operations to ensure production efficiency, appropriate controls, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources
• Ensure that the business operates in accordance with applicable U.S. and European regulations and Citi policies
• Implement procedures and practices to manage operational risk and minimize operational losses
• Direct LFG planning and policy making committees.
• Senior business leader, with a proven track record in leading operating businesses in large organizations, relationship building and people management
• Proven execution skills in prior assignments
• Strong understanding of CGW products and deep knowledge of Citi network
• The Head of LFG will report to the head of Wealth at Work vertical at CGW.
