About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, ERM - Risk Cross Product Technology Strategy Business Analyst. This role is pivotal in the organization's Risk Data and Technology, focusing on leading technology change and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a strategy for user-enabled tooling that aligns with business needs, regulatory requirements, and company policies. They will also drive the consistency of product roadmaps to facilitate integrated user journeys and simplify capabilities across Risk. Key responsibilities include driving progress toward delivery of committed risk reduction targets, developing a risk user-enablement technology strategy, and supporting large and complex programs with creative solutions.Candidates for this role should have at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services, with a background in business analysis, strategy consulting, or process reengineering. Excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and persuade across diverse business environments, and a proven track record in stakeholder engagement are essential. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), prior experience with BI tools, and a demonstrated ability to lead change management in global organizations. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and driving process efficiencies, and technological automation, and will be capable of providing regular updates to senior stakeholders and presenting business case proposals.
