About the role:

The role requires the Enterprise Architect to engage with customers in our HealthTech portfolio in advising and consulting with them on their business problems, elevate our overall brand and govern technology deliverables. The emphasis would be on driving strong thought leadership, innovative thinking and deep technical expertise across one or more areas of customer experience, product engineering, Enterprise Applications.

What you'll do: :

• Work directly with the client to conceptualize, design and implementation approach of high-level system architecture which supports current and future client systems.
• Guide the project team to think through the technology, business and operational implications of their technology investment decisions.
• Involved in creating Proof of concepts and presenting the idea/solution to client stakeholders how architectural options/solutions will meet their needs.
• Be a thought leader and share insights, recommendations and learnings act as a consultant to provide system and technical advice.
• Keeps abreast of new trends and technology changes and identifies opportunities for implementation in future systems.
• Mentors and coaches peers in the team.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in software development and enterprise architecture and at least 7 - 10 years’ experience within enterprise architecture
• Experience developing strategic technology plans and roadmaps, including business architecture, value streams, capability maps & customer journeys
• Ability to present and communicate business and technical concepts
• Experience leading efforts to create technological solutions and architectures impacting critical areas of the business
• Ability to think critically and solve problems
• Hands on and proficient in FS .Net or Java, with a keenness to learn new technologies.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience of event-driven architectures, microservices-based, RESTful and alternative styles and other modern architecture design techniques and best practices
• Experience with on-premises solutions and cloud platforms and architectures on Azure, AWS, GCP
• Experience in Healthcare preferred
