Role: Executive Assistant to CWF Founder & Chief Disruptor

Citizen Warrior Foundation (CWF) is an all VOLUNTEER US-based federally exempt nonprofit dedicated to championing financial justice in emerging technologies, with a focus on setting standards and identifying fraud in Web3, digital assets, and now more than ever, early AI seed rounds. Our mission is to combat and expose criminal practices, ensuring justice for victims and introducing voluntary accreditation licensing for digital asset platforms. Through collaborative efforts with leading organizations and NGOs, we aim to foster an ecosystem of innovation, transparency, and regulatory compliance. Role Schedule:
M-F, 20hrs/wk., 3mo-6mo depending on standing and objectives of volunteer in good standing.
Role Description:
This role requires a candidate with exceptional organizational abilities, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, and a keen attention to detail. The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with diverse teams is essential. The ideal Executive Assistant will thrive in a dynamic environment, consistently demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. Select job-related expenses will be covered, with complete expense reports submitted monthly per company policy.

Qualifications:
An exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO, capable of managing communications, reading and summarizing contracts, conducting research to present actionable summaries, and freeing up time for the Executive DIrector during months of litigation-focused work.
This individual must be able to thrive each by working independently, in one-on-one settings, and within teams. Proficiency with AI applications like ChatGBT is required (prompts and application).
