• Loaner Liaison: Greet customers with a smile and get their loaner car rolling. Assist them with meeting their service advisor for a smooth checkout.
• Paperwork Pit Stop: Make sure all agreements are signed, vehicles are inspected, and outstanding balances are charged correctly.
• Car CSI: Be our car detective! Note any damage on loaner vehicles and track their repairs, keeping everyone informed.
• Loaner Car Guru: Monitor our loaner fleet like a pro track usage, average loan length, and make sure everything is running smoothly.
• Pre-Assignment Ace: Coordinate the daily loaner car assignments like a pit crew chief. Ensure vehicles are prepped, checked, and ready for service appointments.
• Hours of Operations: Monday- Friday 8 AM - 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM - 3 PM
