Here's the Game Plan:

• Greet customers with a winning smile and handle payments like a pro (cash, checks, credit card you got this!)
• Help customers navigate our FCTP program, from loaner contracts to ensuring smooth vehicle returns
• Schedule service appointments and keep customers in the loop.
• Answer customer questions, address concerns with a cool head, and direct them to the right teammate if needed.
• Keep service documents organized and ensure everything is filed smoothly.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work! Collaborate with the service crew and other departments to keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
• Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 10 AM - 7 PM and Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to do and execute basic math (think adding, subtracting, and keeping track of those dollar signs).
• Communication superstar you can explain things clearly and listen well.
• Problem-solving pro you can stay calm and find solutions when things get tricky.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and mostly clean driving record in case you have to assist in moving any vehicles!
