What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at City Facilities Management (MA) LLC?

Schedule: 10:30pm-7:00am (preferred)

Job Purpose & Responsibilities

The Call Center Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, and acts as liaison between field associates and store managers to ensure all maintenance jobs are completed. The Help Desk is a 24/7 business unit.  

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Outstanding analytical skills

  • Ability to manage high call volume

  • Capacity to work independently on a team

  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to liaison with field associates and vendors to prioritize calls


Requirements

  • High School Diploma

  • Previous Customer Service Experience

  • Knowledge of or experience in retail/customer service

  • Flexibility

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite & Word

  • Working knowledge of Excel

  • Type 35 WPM
