City Facilities Management (FL) LLC is Hiring a Help Desk Customer Service Representative Near Burlington, MA

This is a temporary position (2-3 months) Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Job Purpose & Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner, and acts as liaison between field associates and store managers to ensure all maintenance jobs are completed. The Help Desk is a 24/7 business unit. Excellent written and verbal communications skills Strong attention to detail Outstanding analytical skills Ability to manage high call volume Capacity to work independently on a team Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to liaison with field associates and vendors to prioritize calls Requirements High School Diploma Previous Customer Service Experience Knowledge of or experience in retail/customer service Flexibility Working knowledge of MS Office Suite & Word Working knowledge of Excel Type 35 WPM ABOUT CITY FM City Facilities Management (US) LLC is a leader in end-to-end integrated facilities management for some of the top retailers and grocers across the nation.
