Work Schedule: varied hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
Reports to: Operations Supervisor(s)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct traffic into lot and parking spaces
- Assist customers with street crossing
- Maintain organization of lot at all times
- Properly use all safety equipment that is provided.
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Have excellent payment handling skills so that the transaction can be fast, friendly, and fun
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
- Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
- Assist customers with all questions regarding City Museum including facility layout and amenities
- Follow all park policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to accept guidance and supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers and staff members
- Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
- Energy and enthusiasm for long days
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection
- Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs
- Must be able to pass basic background check
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
