Overview:
The City of Babbitt is seeking host(s) for the Babbitt Campground & RV Park. This position is May through October and requires full-time staffing to maintain the grounds and check in/out guests. This position also grants the use of one seasonal site for the duration of the season, to be occupied by the hosts, free of charge.

Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm welcome and farewell.
- Manage the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to guest inquiries.
- Ensure the lobby and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, and providing information about amenities.
- Provide concierge services, making reservations as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the campground's services and offerings.
- Maintain the campground facility, interior and exterior, including lawn maintenance and cleaning.
- Perform other duties as required, including responding to emergencies and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong guest services skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light objects.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
