FINANCE DIRECTOR

The City of Bartow, FL is seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team.

Under the direction of the City Manager, the Finance Director is responsible for professional work in the administration and management of the finance department for the city. Work involves the responsibility for planning, scheduling, supervising, and participating in all phases of the City’s financial activities. This is an executive position for the department which includes accounting, treasury, utility customer billing, accounts payable, accounts receivables, purchasing, inventory, fixed assets, pension, audit, and budget.

This is a full-time exempt position that plays a vital role in the life of the City.
