SUMMARY: Incumbents provide customer service and administrative support for the Housing Department. This includes performing tasks related to routine day-to-day.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The list of duties and responsibilities is illustrative only, and is not a comprehensive listing of all the duties and responsibilities performed.Completes, collects, and processes a variety of documents and forms, which may include point of sale inspections, extension reports, court documents, final notices, and/or other related materialsPerforms various clerical duties, utilizing standard office equipment, to include: screening incoming calls; taking and transmitting messages; maintaining calendars; making photocopies; performing data entry; faxing documents; typing; and word processingReceives complaints and provides assistance to customers by answering most questionsPrepares and maintains specialized files and documents utilizing prescribed methods related to case records, recorded documents and court actionsMaintains regular attendance and punctualityPerforms other duties of a similar nature or level SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES: None

PHYSICAL DEMANDS Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
