Under direct supervision of the Colleyville Center and Business Center Manager, the purpose of this position is to provide technical and/or administrative support for a variety of departmental functions including but not limited to: office administration, event concierge, sales, tours, social media, and city events. Performs other related work as required.

• Provides office support to Colleyville Center staff, including but not limited to, respond to phone inquiries of the venue, tours, social media assistance, event coordinating, and filing.
• Plans, organizes, coordinates, integrates and implements detail schedules for events to achieve established goals.
• Ensures all policies and procedures are followed for events 
• Maintains good employee relations through timely and accurate response to questions and concerns 
• Interacts professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work.
• Regular and timely attendance are required for this position.

• Must be in the process of acquiring a Bachelor’s Degree with completion of at least 90 credit hours in Hospitality or closely related field. 
• Must possess and maintain a valid State of Texas Driver’s License.
