Health education programming.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of basic health living practices.
Effective written and oral communications skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel,) and basic office equipment/machines.
Ability to use computers, spreadsheets and data acquisition programs.
Demonstrated problem-solving techniques in community health needs.
Ability to deal effectively with the public, health care providers, community agencies, and governmental entities.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Ability to report accurate health information.
Ability to give presentations both to groups and individuals and to adjust presentation to best meet the audiences’ level of understanding.
Ability to take blood pressure, weight, and relevant health history information, such as vaccine status.
Ability to work under general supervision and make responsible decisions.
High school degree or equivalent.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
