Instruct yoga classes for adults/seniors. Beginner to intermediate levels offered. Basic certifications required. Previous teaching experience and continued education a plus.Substitute Instructors needed for:
Restorative Yoga: Mondays 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Core Strength (similar to Core/Yoga class): Mondays 5:15 - 6:00 p.m.
Vinyasa Flow Intermediate Yoga: Mondays 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Morning Yoga: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.
Yin Restorative Yoga: Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Beginner/Yin Style Yoga: Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Yin Yoga: Fridays 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.
45-60 minute classes, typically 7 weeks long, year-round. Paid 1.25 - 1.75 hours per class. All classes held at the De Pere Community Center, 600 Grant Street.
Pay Range:
$25 - $42 per class, depending on experience, certifications and class size. There are no benefits associated with the position.

• Basic knowledge of anatomy & physiology
• Knowledge of healthy lifestyle principles and exercise
• Ability to perform & instruct intermediate to advance levels in Yoga
• Ability to communicate and work well with the public
• Energy, enthusiasm, and resourcefulness

At least 16 years of age.
Experience, training and basic certification in Yoga (advanced certifications a plus or willingness to obtain)
