The City of Dublin is proud to possess a team of friendly and knowledgeable Front Desk Workers who are dedicated to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests entering the Dublin Community Recreation Center (DCRC). Under the direction of the Membership Services Coordinator, Front Desk Workers are responsible for the efficient functioning of the front desk operations at the DCRC. Front Desk Worker duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Minimum Qualifications

Customer Focus: Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
Directing Others: Is good at giving clear directions; sets stretching objectives; lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner; maintains two-way dialogue with others on work and results; brings out the best in people; is a clear communicator.
Planning: Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; sets objectives and goals; breaks down work into the process steps; develops schedules and task/people assignments; anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks; measures performance against goals; evaluates results.
