Description
The City of Fremont Police Department is hiring for the regular and full-time position of Police Communications Dispatcher Lateral. A lateral dispatcher must be currently employed as a Dispatcher by a California public safety agency, and needs to have successfully completed probation with the current agency. Candidates who are not currently employed as a Dispatcher by a California public safety agency are encouraged to apply to our Entry-level Dispatcher position.
HIRING BONUS for Lateral Police Communications Dispatcher :
Hiring bonus for Lateral Police Communications Dispatchers in a total amount of $7,500 . The lateral hire will receive the first payment of $3,750 upon acceptance of final offer letter and $3,750 upon completion of the probationary period (To be eligible for the hiring bonus, applicants must apply on or after October 13, 2022).
