The City of Geneva is seeking a part-time Engagement and Inclusion Analyst to join our growing team at City Hall. Reporting to the Assistant City Administrator, this newly established position will:
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Public Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Human Services, or related field, along with a minimum of two years' experience in data analysis or similar role. Candidates must possess a deep understanding of DEI principles and best practices; exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with various staff, commission members, residents and the general public; and strong time and project management skills.
Schedule and Salary
This position is part-time, non-exempt with the starting pay beginning at $35.09/hour DOQ. The work is primarily done on-site between regular office hours of Monday - Friday but there is flexibility with scheduling. This position is anticipated to work an average of 18 hours per week.
