Essential Duties and Tasks

• Arriving at the theatre at least fifteen minutes prior to the renter, insuring that the doors are unlocked, lights turned on, etc.
• Provide assistance to renters and support to theatre staff.
• Ensures indoor and outside safety and control of facility and grounds.
• Maintains supply inventory.
• Performs light housekeeping, answers telephone, occasional ticket sales and properly secures theatre after each event.
• May be askeed to perform occasional concession sales or bartending duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform common sales tasks with online box office and concessions sales applications.
