Compensation and Benefits:

The Full Salary Range for this position is $41,331.00 - $63,229.00  Annually. The Hiring Range is $41,331.00 - $46,492.00  Annually depending on qualifications, with an excellent benefits package. • High School Diploma/GED with 4 to 6 years of electrical experience (MUST indicate electrical, Card Access & Closed Circuit TV experience on application)
  • OR No High School Diploma/GED with 8-10 years of electrical experience (MUST indicate electrical, Card Access & Closed Circuit TV experience on application)
  • OR Associate's Degree with 1-4 years of electrical experience (MUST indicate electrical, Card Access & Closed Circuit TV experience on application)
• Valid Driver's License

• Knowledge of other work disciplines; Plumbing, Carpentry, or HVAC 
• Previous work experience in a large commercial organization/building environment 
• Knowledge of computer software, iPads, and/or general office equipment
