Under the supervision of the Lead Engineering Technician, the Contract/Records Specialist is responsible for preparing and maintaining contracts for infrastructure projects and related professional services, to include overseeing associated Public Works Department records retention and policy compliance. Support the Public Works Department to ensure customer service standards are met.

Associate’s degree in business, accounting, technology or related field; related work experience may be substituted for education
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in document management and customer service required
Contract management experience preferred
Must be a United States citizen or authorized alien worker
Become registered as a Missouri Notary Public within 6 months of start date in this position
