Guest Services
Duties include: To maintain safety and enforce rules and policies of our facility and programs on the deck, surveillance of the deck areas and the facilitation of good customer service while maintaining the aesthetics of the park.

Demonstrate and maintain positive public relations and customer service skills

Responsible for assisting patrons as soon as they enter the facility

Enforce patrons to shower before entering the water

Check slide height requirement of 48

Provide first aid to patrons
-
Complete incident reports once an incident occurs. Record ALL INCIDENTS correctly and accurately
-
Supervise locker and restroom areas
-
Accountable for operating slides, assisting patrons, and enforcing safety
-
Clean and maintain the facility
-
Attend all weekly staff meetings
-
Execute instructions when advised by supervisors
Admission Staff
Main responsibility is to maintain a FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL cashier window at all times, using exceptional customer service skills.
Duties include:

Display a friendly and courteous attitude towards the public at all times
-
Be in proper uniform
-
Know all duties and regulations which apply to the aquatic park
-
Communicate with the supervisor and managers
-
Responsible for handling cash and accounting for extra purchases
-
Keep lost and found in an orderly manner and check items into the logbook
-
Keep countertops clean at all times, and cashier area organized and tidy
-
Familiarize yourself with the proper use of the public address system. Pages should be limited and done as per direction by the supervisor or managers

Phones are NOT FOR PRIVATE USE. This goes for friends and relatives calling in

Desk phone is a listed number. Emergencies have priority over all other calls

Take notes and messages for the staff; and relay them accordingly

Be well informed of all program activities and be able to inform the public
