DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Under general direction, the Neighborhood Compliance Officer II enforces Municipal Codes within the City of Manitou Springs, issues citations, addresses violations, and ensures all code violations are effectively prosecuted. Inspects and enforces codes for abandoned and unregistered vehicles, vegetation control, signage, housing, zoning, property maintenance, building permits, environmental health, and business, rental, or vendor licenses.
