Examples of Work
- Resolve inquiries by either answering the question or transferring the call to an appropriate person or explaining the internal process or procedures; maintain records of customer interactions, services provided, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken;
- Complete forms, prepare changes of address in database and issue service orders via computer;
- Process new and renewable alarm permits, including payment and issuance of permit;
- Deliver incoming mail to department mail slots;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Subject to 24-hour recall.
Education, Experience, or Certification
High School Diploma or General Educational Development Certificate and some financial and call center experience, customer service center or comparable setting, ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute. Bilingual (Spanish) applicants are highly desired.
