Job Overview
We are seeking a Deputy Clerk to join our team. The Deputy Clerk will serve as the face of City Hall and operate the ins & outs of the utilities desk to assist in the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Perform various clerical and administrative tasks to support the utilities department
- Manage and maintain files, records, and documents for the utilities department
- receive payments from customers
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong cash handling abilities
- computer experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
