City of New York is Hiring a CARETAKER P (HA) Near Brooklyn, NY
- Mix plastering materials properly.
- Apply plastering materials to interior and exterior surfaces (use of hawk, trowel, Darby, slicker; working of dots and screeds); apply plaster coats (scratch, brown and finish).
- Lathing and plastering bases (channel iron, wire lath, etc.).
- Perform dust control and clean up. Caretaker Ps appointed are encouraged to gain the knowledge required for career advancement to Plasterer.
