Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recreation Supervisor - Sports and Childcare. The Recreation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing recreational activities and programs related to sports and childcare. They will coordinate and schedule programs, ensure the safety of participants, and manage staff and volunteers. Additionally, they will handle customer inquiries, provide training and support to staff, and maintain program records.

• Supervisory Skills and Recreation experience
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to conduct Training for staff and volunteers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in program development and management
• Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response
• Experience working with children and families
• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
