DEFINITION
The City of Northampton's Parks & Recreation Department is seeking Aquatic & Family Center Desk Staff!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist the public and be able to communicate clearly.
Provide positive customer service.
Have attention to detail, problem solving skills, ability to process registrations, and answer questions.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Must be reliable, friendly, responsible, and customer service oriented
MISC. INFORMATION
$17.10 per hour
Up to 12 hours per week on weekends.
Other hours may be available.
There are no benefits with this part-time postion.
