JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under close supervision, distributes, conveys and collects water, reclaimed water, sewer, and refuse bills. Processes utility service requests, and provides assistance and information to the public regarding the City's utility billing, refuse collection, recycling, and reclaimed water services.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED and one (1) year experience in providing professional customer service.
• Work is primarily sedentary with the occasional need to move around the office and lift/carry up to 20 pounds.
• Requires occasional standing for periods of time plus visual inspection of documents in file folders.
• Requires extensive use of computers, voice and electronic communications systems.
