Starting salary range is $72,911.64 - $88,624.55 per the SMA (Supervisory Management Alliance) Working Agreement. As part of the team, each person will be required to be part of a rotating on call schedule; additional compensation is provided for being on call and all emergency call-in events are paid at an overtime rate.

The Treatment Operations Foreman performs technical and supervisory tasks related to the operation and maintenance of the City’s wastewater treatment facilities. This includes optimization of treatment processes to ensure that treated wastewater quality is following all applicable rules and regulations. The Treatment Operations Foreman is responsible for leading emergency response events on a rotating schedule with the Chief Plant Operators. The Treatment Operations Foreman collects, analyzes, and interprets data for system operations, leads treatment operations as directed, orders laboratory testing materials, assists with the preparation of monthly permit reporting and contacting regulatory authorities if a permit violation occurs.
