Who are we looking for?

The Showing Assistant will be an individual who is highly sociable, outgoing and draws energy from working with people. The ideal candidate is also someone who is optimistic, flexible, and growth-minded.

They have a compelling desire to support the lead agent in achieving team success, while being committed to growing their own skills and to developing into a leader within the team.

What will you do?

Primary duties include attending buyer consultations with the lead agent, searching for upcoming and current home inventory, showing homes, and other minor transaction details. The person in this role will also have the opportunity and expectation of bringing in their own business as they are learning how to navigate the real estate industry.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is very energetic, flexible, outgoing and growth-minded.

A Showing Assistant should be able to successfully show homes to around four to eight buyers a month while earning bonuses based on his/her efforts.

The Showing Assistant is required to have an active real estate license in order to perform the duties necessary for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist City of Trees Real Estate Agents in buyer consultations

Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis

Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes

Finding homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria

Show homes to 4-8 buyers a month

Ability to work nights and weekends

Create, Maintain & Grow your database
