Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist:

• Investigate and address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Recommend and implement solutions to resolve conflicts and improve employee relations.
• Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
• Advise management on appropriate actions related to employee relations issues to maintain a fair and respectful workplace.

Qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, with a focus on employee relations.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations professionally.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred).

Salary:

$60,000 to $65,000 per year.
