Responsibilities for the Junior Account Executive:

• Foster and cultivate robust relationships with current clientele, acting as their main contact for inquiries, orders, and issues.
• Spot opportunities for additional sales by suggesting complementary or upgraded items to current clients, while also seeking out and welcoming new clients to expand our market reach.
• Restructure and execute strategic account strategies aimed at maximizing sales revenue and hitting growth objectives.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products encompassing materials, designs, and customization choices, to effectively guide clients and fulfill their preferences.
• Manage the logistical aspects of order processing, shipping, and delivery, ensuring precise and punctual handling of client orders.
• Offer swift and courteous support to clients, handling queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a satisfying purchasing journey.

Qualifications of the Junior Account Executive:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in sales, account management, or client relations, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven sales expertise with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Exceptional organizational prowess and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:

$20 to $23 per hour
