We are seeking a skilled Remodeling Supervisor to join our Bathroom Remodeling team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of remodeling projects, including construction inspection, restoration, cabinet installation, frame carpentry, and more. This candidate will also have leadership and management experience in the residential remodeling industry.

Responsibilities
- Execute remodeling projects according to plans and specifications
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Perform construction painting tasks with precision
- Install cabinets and work on framing carpentry
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure quality and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications
- Proven experience in remodeling or related field
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong knowledge of various construction techniques
- Ability to work on roofs and perform frame carpentry
- Familiarity with cabinet installation procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Perform electrical work as needed during remodeling projects
- Restore and renovate structures to their original or improved condition
- Conduct concrete finishing and forming tasks
- Apply caulking and perform plumbing duties as required
- Utilize hand tools proficiently for various construction tasks
- Execute construction painting with precision

Qualifications
- Proven experience in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Proficiency in electrical work within the remodeling context
- Knowledge of concrete finishing and forming techniques
- Ability to caulk effectively and handle plumbing tasks during remodels
- Skilled in using hand tools for construction purposes
- Experience in construction painting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
