• This position is being created for individuals with previous health, wellness, sales and management experience. The intention of this position is to place the individual into immediate upper club level management. The responsibility is to navigate a club's entire personal training department. This person will report directly to the District Vice President and will be a part of a unique upper management training and mentorship program. You will be taking new and current members though a 1 hour session that is broken up into 2 parts. The first half is an educational segment on the do's and don'ts of training, the second half is the personalized 1 on 1 workout. Here is where your creative energy and workouts can shine. Afterwards you will present personal training packages and see which program suits the client best. Your Personal Trainers take it from there and make sure the client is seeing results. Pay: $5,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
