City Wide Facility Solutions is a professional facility management company who focuses on being a single point of contact for all of our client's facilities needs. We do this by providing over 50 solutions to our clients such as janitorial, electrical, plumbing, roofing, concrete, handy man, paving, landscaping, snow removal, window washing and many others. We are looking for a new sales executive to join team. If you are a self motivated team player with a good attitude this position is for you. The Sales Executive is responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close to Management. The SE will sell and develop a base of clients and grow them month over month. The SE will be responsible to hit sales activities daily such as calls, visits, emails. This position will require a lot of prospecting and will be 50% outside sales and 50% inside sales.

Essential functions

· Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in new sales and clients monthly.

· Develop a base of clients for reoccurring sales

· Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.

· Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.

· Conduct a minimum of 20 hours in field prospecting and 250 marketing activities/calls each week.

· Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.

· Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, Contractors, Co-Workers, and Supervisors.

· Other duties as assigned.

Monthly Goals:

Position is responsible for the following metrics:

· Present 7 proposals monthly

· 1000 sales activities monthly

· Reach monthly sales goal of $10,000 in sold contracts
