Overview of Responsibilities
Work closely with the Marketing Director to assist in executing the tactics which support the marketing strategies for multiple properties and brands of City Winery.
Implement consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns including, but not limited to reels, stories, images, videos, and written posts.
Capture photos and videos of venues and events for use in social media and other marketing efforts.
Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to identify and implement optimizations in content, scheduling, and boosting.
Launch online campaigns through social & digital media to increase company and brand awareness
Assist in the execution of influencer contracts, product fulfillment and content creation, which includes: continuous outreach, managing and supplying a clear and legible calendar, and hosting them on-site: Local celebrities, athletes, bloggers and various guests.
Support the creation of effective and cost-efficient marketing collateral across all departments in coordination with Graphic Designer, including Quarterly Brochure, Insertions, Postcards, Posters, Slide Show, Other Printed Material (created booklets, mailers and in-house marketing materials, etc.
Assist in the creation of content for both digital and print media
Provide feedback on performance of tactics executed to identify and, with guidance, implement improvements for improved outcomes.
Pull data for ad hoc reports as needed to support decision-making processes.
Research upcoming and prominent events, trends, partners, etc. to present possible cross-promotion, co-branding, and advertising opportunities
Provide assistance in guerilla-style marketing methods to attract, generate, and securenew and relevant business opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating engagement and traffic. Please share samples of your work (portfolio or links to published articles) along with your application.
2 years' experience working in social media management, community management, and content creation, preferably managing multiple brands at once
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
Experience in marketing, project management, or equivalent relevant experience
Basic graphic design knowledge, specifically with Canva and/or Adobe suite, AI technology a plus
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Asana, and working and maintaining content within a CMS
Experience with social video production/editing (a plus)
Exceptional writing skills and creativity, creating engaging, persuasive content
Excel at project management
Ability to problem-solve and work within a cross-functional environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Appreciation for and understanding of the music, food, and wine industries
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must be able to sit for extended periods; stand and walk regularly
Must be able to travel as needed
