Position Summary
The Beverage Manager oversees and manages the local property’s beverage programs and staff, interacts with guests to ensure hospitable service, and focuses to promote and maximize wine sales. This position is designed to strengthen City Winery’s positioning as a food, beverage and service-centric destination with focus on hospitality and education, and to highlight our offerings through promotion and sales of City Winery produced wines, alongside beverages from producers around the world.
