We are seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager with high energy, exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to build a career with our agency and long-lasting relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for expanding and managing the company’s book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. We have a large list of A rated carriers with products that reach various niches of industries. The potential is unlimited!
Job Responsibilities
- Quote, present, and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
- Manage the renewal process for existing clients.
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients’ needs.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns.
- Expand business reach through networking and marketing various lead generation channels.
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
- Track and identify areas of improvements.
- Normal work week will be based on the Central time zone.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- License: Property & Casualty (any state)
