Currently, seeking 2-5 years of experience in Litigation for busy Construction Law and Litigation practice located in Ft. Myers. This unique position will provide the ideal candidate to work from the Ft. Myers office or the Tampa office while still providing support to Ft. Myers area clients. The primary emphasis will be litigation on large multi-party construction defect cases. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and share the firm’s commitment to its clients by being prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. Excellent academic credentials with superior research and writing skills required. Construction litigation experience preferred. Member of the Florida Bar required.

Responsibilities Include

Preparation and drafting of pleadings, discovery, motions and memoranda of law

Deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation and attendance

Client relations and communications

Reviewing legal issues and preparing memoranda analyzing legal and factual issues

Document review

Billable Hour – 1800
