Personal Lines Account Manager

Qualifications

• Exceptional aptitude for customer service and nurturing long term relationships.
• Highly accountable, resourceful, and flexible
• Proven hands-on experience with an in-depth understanding of Personal Lines Coverages
• Superior presentation skills and ability to understand one's audiences.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills, collecting information, asking thoughtful questions and analyzing possible solutions.
• Preferred minimum of 1-2 years of insurance agency experience in an Account Manager role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management technology, preferably TAM.
• Familiarity with High-Net-Worth clientele and clients located in coastal markets a plus.
• Ability to have fun!
