Primary Responsibilities:

• Review tax returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Fiduciaries, and Individuals.
• Assist with complex tax planning for closely-held businesses and individual clients.
• Develop expertise in niche industries and provide management advisory and consulting services.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate team members.
• Structure, oversee, and collaborate on various engagements with the leadership team.
• Lead client service teams, ensuring client satisfaction, timely and efficient service delivery, and team skill development.
• Communicate solutions to complex issues, utilizing creativity, research, and tax law comprehension.

Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience:

• 8 years of tax experience at a CPA firm.
• CPA licensure.
• Proficiency with Prosystems ProFx Tax, Caseware, & CCH Fixed Assets.
• Strong communication skills for articulating complex tax issues.
• Excellent client rapport and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to train, evaluate, and mentor staff.
• Collaborative nature for working with the management team on specialized industry engagements.
• Engagement in ARB’s client-centric, team-oriented culture.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Academic coursework sufficient for CPA licensure.
