THE ROLE:
Strategies for Change Group is hiring a Project Manager. In this full-time, Washington, DC based hybrid role, the Project Manager will oversee and coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure the successful execution of campaign related projects and goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Organize, develop, and lead project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation according to campaign strategy.
Facilitate effective and clear communication of project updates to team members, stakeholders and campaign leadership.
Proactively manage project budget by estimating costs for resources/materials, tracking expenses, and appropriately allocating funds.
Identify and mitigate any risks, obstacles, or delays to the project and team.
Collaborate with campaign leadership and engage with key stakeholders, community leaders, and donors, to align with campaign objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field AND/OR 3 years of related experience working in project management
Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
Knowledge of political landscape and campaign dynamics
PMP Certification is a plus
