- Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health status, reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a trusting relationship with clients.
- Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
Experience:
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings is preferred.
