Job Summary:

The AMI Case Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality and completion of specialty exam visits as ordered by government contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain national provider contracts.
• Assists applicants with coordination of specialty exam visits.
• Conduct medical records reviews in compliance with government contract standards.
• Serves as liaison between the CIV Team, Applicants, Provider office, and government contract officials.
• Processes escalations from provider offices regarding AMI visits.
• Answers phone calls for the CIV Team – Remedials call group.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Data Entry experience.

Education and Experience:

College degree or equivalent experience required.

At least two years related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working using a computer.
