Position Responsibilities
Support, mentor, and motivate managers to drive the success of the team
Lead customer relationship through close daily contact and ensure relationship is strong
Connect employees to the building awareness around KPIs, contractual inputs, and budget
commitments
Drive cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activity
Maintain a safe, secure, and productive work environment through self-audit, building
maintenance, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with all support teams to develop plans to meet business objective
Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
Connect with the hourly workforce and maintain high moral
Partner with leadership to coordinate supplies ordering and maintenance schedules
Lead and engage in site activities and ESG events
Lead and participate in site management meetings and employee round tables
Partner with finance to review monthly financials
Hold monthly safety meetings with the safety committee
Participate and assist in completion of inventory and quality audits
