Our company is currently seeking ​a Receptionist/office Assistant Part Time to join our team! You will be responsible for Answering phones, replying to Emails, filing, scanning, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and emails
• Open and distribute mail 
• Assist daily your co-workers in their duties/work loads
• Check the accuracy of business transactions before scanning and filing
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office atmosphere, receptionist duties and all related fields is required
• Fundamental knowledge in Microsoft word/excel s required, at least 3 years experience
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
