CK Power is looking for a Human Resources Administrator at our St. Louis, MO location. The Human Resources Administrator supports the Human Resources team through reporting, completing necessary documentation and information tracking, and other assignments as needed. You will also serve as a resource to the Family of Companies by handling routine HR functions, serving as a point of contact/information for employees, and collecting employee information.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist HR Department with routine HR matters. Serve as support personnel for the HR team.
  • Serve as backup for payroll and onboarding functions.
  • Complete and maintain HR records and documentation.
  • Generate HR reports and provide to the appropriate parties.
  • Reconcile HR invoices.
  • Assist the Safety team with regular reporting and tracking.
  • Assist employees with routine HR matters.
  • Complete or assist with other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • Two-year college degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with little to no error.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and evaluate data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
  • High level of professionalism, ethical behavior, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

What Helps:

  • HRIS experience preferred.
  • Payroll experience a plus.
