CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc is Hiring a Manager of Ops Support Near Franklin, TN

POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Operations Support will provide support and project management of key Operations initiatives and projects. This role will play a key part in identifying, implementing and maintaining Digital, IT and Operations Systems, equipment, and processes. This includes but is not limited to: POS, back of the house computer system, Inventory Management System, Food Cost Management, Recipe Management, Digital Menu board, food preparation, service equipment and smallwares. The Manager will work closely with the REX, Operations and RSC teams to develop solutions to drive insights and restaurant performance through our key vendor partnerships.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

May perform any or all of the following duties:

  • Provide leadership and support on the REX team ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate and manage detailed project task plans, budgets, timelines and adhere to high quality standards and meets operations expectations
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with CKE operations team and franchisees to implement program enhancements that support key operation objectives.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of foodservice equipment processes and verification.
  • Optimize existing procedures in relation to digital services and equipment
  • Work with third-party partners to manage programs and ensure successful execution.
  • Analyze opportunities to enhance/automate operations IT processes and functions, driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Serve as a liaison between operations team and IT team to provide technical solutions to meet business needs.
  • Act as the voice for operators at the RSC for items impacting RGM’s daily, weekly, periodic tasks
  • Lead and develop new initiatives to meet organizational goals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area
  • Work with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning
  • Communicate financial and goal results and key performance indicators
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, resolve problems, identify trends, determine system improvements and implement change
  • Analyze risks and opportunities and provide solutions where applicable
  • Undertake other related activities as required
  • Attends seminars and completes other training to remain current on industry trends
  • Participates in company meetings, webinars and conference calls
  • Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Must possess approximately six (6) years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of restaurant operations and project management; multi-unit and franchise concept preferred
  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google
  • Must have excellent planning, prioritizing, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must have ability to analyze complex variable situations and identify appropriate courses of action
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and accommodate shifting business needs
  • Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results
  • Must have strong work ethic and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Restaurant Support Center that is a fast paced, high volume of activity and a deadline driven environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse
  • Travels as needed approximately ten (10)%
