Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge (capability to learn BC and printing manifest)
- Communicate with drivers, assist with paperwork, and locate drivers
- Ensure all outgoing orders are accurate and scheduled.
- Maintain daily communication with customer service.
- Inventory control/understanding helpful
- Ensure assignments are completed and documented properly.
- Help receive and assist keying orders into computer, as well as confirm all customer orders.
- Pick tickets and produce shipping manifests.
- Prepare all customer orders for billing.
- Works closely with Warehouse Manager and billing department to ensure orders get shipped and customer gets billed timely and correctly, scanning paperwork of all customer furnished raw materials and shipping manifests to fax or email to customers as needed.
- Maintain shipping and receiving logs to ensure those histories are recorded and available if/when needed.
- Will perform other shipping and receiving job duties as needed
